Firefighters were called to the residence on Tuesday afternoon to find it in flames.
Linda Nash, the owner of the kennels and the homeowner, said on Thursday she told an inspector that she was not renewing her breeder’s license.
An account has been set up for donations for dog food and supplies for the 22 dogs that remain in outdoor kennels not affected by the fire.

Two days after breeder Linda Nash lost 37 dogs in a fire that also claimed her home, the Georgia Department of Agriculture visited the Fox Hill Drive kennel on Thursday, Jan. 5.
The inspector found 22 dogs “in need of foster homes at this time,” said spokesman Arty Schronce of the Department of Agriculture.
He said 19 other dogs had already been placed elsewhere.
Nash disagrees. She said those 22 dogs do not need foster care, since they were in outside kennels not affected by the fire.
