The RSPCA has seized 41 dogs and puppies along with a miniature pony from property near Kellerberrin.
A 41-year-old South Doodlakine woman has been charged with breaching a court-imposed ban after allegedly being found to be in possession of dozens of animals.
The woman is subject to an order issued by Midland Magistrates Court on 4th August 2004 which prohibits her from having contact with any animal for a period of 10 years.
On January 24 an RSPCA inspector, police and council rangers searched the woman’s property and allegedly found the dogs of various breeds and ages.
