Johnson said he has high hopes most will recover and will be available for adoption.The owner of the property was not operating the mill but was leasing the property to an operator. Aurelia Snow will be charged with at least 40 counts of animal cruelty and is in the Oklahoma County Jail.Snow was allegedly selling the puppies on NextDayPets.com .
